Thursday, July 3rd, 2008In the spirit of July 4th, my co-workers and I decided to celebrate the holiday with what else, barbecue! We’ve been going to Smokey Joe’s in Stamford for years. It’s the perfect place to blow your diet.

My plate of BBQ heaven: Baby-back ribs, collard greens, mashed sweet potatoes and extra sauce.
Why are the women on one side, and the men on the other? Here’s the happy group with bellies full of smoked meat.
