This is interesting — came upon this sign on the Rye Playland boardwalk:

Oh, yeah!  I believe this is where Captain Hook’s used to be. Looks like the owners of Seaside Johnnies are taking the location to a whole new level.

And what a location… jutting out further over the water than at Seaside Johnnies, this side of the boardwalk has a panoramic view of the Sound.

Looks nice.  That’s a lot of outdoor seating.  And waterfront, too?  This place is gonna be hopping, I can feel it.
