WIth the smokey bacon and creamy potatoes, their signature pie is killer. I'd have to disagree with ranking it #1 in New Haven though. Modern and Sally's, and then probably Pepe's, top BAR in my book. There are also a couple great places that are little-known (Zuppardi's and Roseland, both outside of New Haven).
